What is the annual production capacity of watch hands, and can you handle large‑volume orders?

The company has an annual production capacity of 20 million watch hands and 6 million watch components, enabling it to reliably fulfill large‑volume, long‑term repeat orders from both domestic and international markets.

Do you have the necessary import‑export qualifications, and can you export to Europe, the United States, and Japan?

We hold independent import and export qualifications, eliminating the need for third-party agents. Our products are consistently sold in overseas watch markets, including Europe, the United States, and Japan, and we provide a complete set of export documentation.

Are watch hands the only products you offer, and do you provide any matching accessories?

We specialize in manufacturing high- and mid-range watch hands, and offer a full range of watch hardware—including cases, straps, and dials—while also providing OEM/ODM assembly and customization services for complete watches.

Do you offer mold-making and customization based on provided drawings or samples?

We have our own tooling and mold workshop, enabling us to independently develop molds based on drawings and physical samples, and to customize dial‑hand sizes, plating colors, luminous‑material treatments, and exclusive logo printing.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom products, and is it possible to place a small‑batch sample order?

Standard in-stock items have no minimum order requirement; newly developed molds come with a base MOQ, and small‑quantity samples can be arranged upon request, making them ideal for gifts and emerging watch brands.

How is product accuracy and quality controlled?

With over ten years of experience in precision metal hardware manufacturing, we implement a comprehensive, multi‑step quality‑control process that rigorously manages dimensional tolerances, colorfastness, and deformation, ensuring 100% inspection before shipment.

How long does it take for the sample and the mass production delivery, respectively?

Standard samples: 3–7 days; new-mold samples: 7–12 days. For large‑volume standard orders, the production lead time is 7–15 days, with capacity reservations available in peak seasons.

Without design drawings, can components still be replicated using only a reference watch?

Certainly. After the customer sends in a physical sample, our engineers will conduct measurements and disassemble it to replicate the exact same hands, dial, and case, while also optimizing manufacturing processes to control costs.

Will the mold be charged again for subsequent repeat orders, and how is the mold stored?

Exclusive molds for partner clients are stored free of charge on a long-term basis, and no mold‑opening fee is charged for subsequent repeat orders; only a nominal mold‑modification fee is applied for minor style revisions.
